This is an AC Plug Cord that connects AC adapters and battery charge cradles to a power outlet. By itself, this item will not charge your battery nor connect your camera to AC power. Please note that AC and battery charger "kits" contain all the required items (including this cord) to connect your camera to a power outlet or charge your battery.
